- 1Oversees planning and coordinating internal and external Meharry-Vanderbilt program activities including education meetings events seminars and workshops
- 2Manages communications prepares materials coordinates logistics and supports hosting or co-hosting activities
- 3Prepare informational materials disseminates to appropriate audiences
- 4Coordinate facilities ensures logistics and materials prepared for events and meetings
- 5Support Meharry-Vanderbilt Alliance activities involving data collection database management basic data analysis and chart preparation
- 6Assist with drafting grant proposals and project documents
- 7Track and assess program metrics impacts maintains data and databases manages basic program budgets
- 8Provide consistent communication and outreach to community members
- 9Support administrative functions in information technology and informatics finance administration legal community affairs human resources communications and marketing
