What You'll Do9
- 1Lead administration information technology accounting and pension functions for coordinated performance and reliable day-to-day operations
- 2Partner with Executive Director delivering timely analysis meaningful reporting and practical recommendations supporting strategic decisions
- 3Guide annual budgeting cycle collaborating with finance leadership aligning departments with financial targets while meeting operational objectives
- 4Establish performance measures and reporting tools monitoring financial results operational effectiveness and organizational trends
- 5Strengthen internal controls policy frameworks and asset protection practices reducing operational regulatory and technology-related risk
- 6Direct administrative and facilities activities maintaining consistent support services as business needs evolve
- 7Build effective working relationships with consultants service providers and external stakeholders supporting organizational priorities
- 8Drive process improvements increasing efficiency accountability and cross-functional collaboration across organization
- 9Oversee accuracy and quality of financial information including reporting deliverables and audit-related coordination
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business accounting or related field required with master’s preferred
- 2At least 7 years of relevant experience including minimum 5 years management or supervisory roles
- 3Minimum 5 years accounting experience covering budgeting month-end close financial reporting and cash flow forecasting
- 4Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and business systems supporting accounting finance and IT operations
- 5Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly build trust with diverse stakeholders and balance competing priorities
- 6Proven success leading teams encouraging collaboration across departments and maintaining accountability for results
- 7Experience in nonprofit environments advantageous union or trust fund operations a plus
Salary Insight
