Program Coordinator ERC Pathlight
Overview
Lead patient care supervision across inpatient residential and partial hospitalization settings at ERC Pathlight. Oversee daily program structure and ensure therapeutic environments. This role drives operational excellence and supports clinical teams in delivering evidence-based mental health services.
What You'll Do11
- 1Maintain daily program structure by following established schedule
- 2Complete observation rounds and safety checks as ordered by physician
- 3Support patients with de-escalation and coping skill implementation
- 4Conduct room and luggage searches and supervise fresh air breaks
- 5Facilitate therapeutic groups and support group-based social activities
- 6Participate in meal support using treatment-aligned coaching techniques
- 7Provide accurate documentation for patient observations and meals
- 8Assist with administrative tasks including patient transportation and package distribution
- 9Drive program operations through effective communication and coordination
- 10Ensure adherence to individualized meal plans and allergy-safety protocols
- 11Support restaurant outings and restaurant procurement activities
Requirements10
- 1High School Diploma or GED for PC I level
- 2Valid driver's license with clean record for vehicle operation roles
- 3State credential for Washington teammates
- 4ServSafe certification as required by location
- 5Mental Health/Psych Tech or CNA certification preferred for all levels
- 6Minimum one year direct patient care experience for PC II
- 7Bachelor's degree required for PC III position
- 8Six months minimum behavioral health experience for PC II
- 9Washington state credential mandatory for all applicants
