Overview
GXM Technologies seeks a mid-level Program Analyst to lead innovation initiatives in Washington DC. This onsite role involves financial analysis portfolio performance risk assessment and operational support. Candidates will collaborate across functions while supporting client events and conducting research for government decision-making.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct research analyze program and financial data and prepare reports to support Government decision-making
- 2Support budget tracking financial reconciliations grants administration portfolio performance analysis or due diligence activities
- 3Review and validate data identify trends or potential risks and recommend process improvements
- 4Prepare reports briefing materials dashboards and other analytical products for Government stakeholders
- 5Maintain accurate documentation tracking tools and program records in accordance with Federal policies
- 6Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to support program objectives and contract deliverables
- 7Provide cross-functional support across program areas as mission priorities evolve
- 8Perform other duties as assigned in support of contract objectives
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Public Administration Finance Accounting Economics Management Political Science Risk Management Data Analytics or related field
- 23-5+ years of relevant professional experience supporting Federal programs financial analysis portfolio management risk assessment compliance due diligence or program management
- 3Strong analytical research organizational and problem-solving skills
- 4Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- 5High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel Word PowerPoint and Outlook Co-Pilot SharePoint and Teams
- 6Experience with AI tools and solutions
- 7Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
- 8Preferred qualifications include experience supporting Federal Government programs grant management knowledge of Power BI Tableau CRM tools or similar platforms
Salary Insight
$110 - $150k per year
