Requirements10
- 14+ years of supervisory experience in production environments
- 25+ years of hands-on technical expertise with automation tools
- 33-5 seasons of successful project delivery in similar roles
- 4AWS Certified cloud infrastructure certification preferred
- 5CPC Card or equivalent professional certification required
- 6Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline
- 7Proficiency in data analysis and process optimization
- 8Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- 9Strong leadership abilities demonstrated through team mentorship
- 10Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination
