What You'll Do11
- 1Coach front‑line leadership and engage hourly technicians in plant‑wide initiatives such as Continuous Improvement Projects and High‑Performance Organization efforts.
- 2Ensure safety compliance manage the safety system and reduce incidents across all shifts.
- 3Maintain line efficiency and meet budgetary goals through disciplined labor management and budgeting practices.
- 4Develop and coach Team Leaders Service Leaders and all other leaders to elevate performance.
- 5Lead development of daily management systems like DDS CL RCFA and operational standards documentation.
- 6Communicate business unit results and needs to senior management.
- 7Provide organizational leadership to foster positive employee relations and adapt to evolving business demands.
- 8Track and close gaps against work plans and KPIs including safety quality cost and OEE.
- 9Build relationships with Production Safety Quality Sanitation Shipping Maintenance OpEx and Plant Leadership and HR teams.
- 10Participate in strategic planning for the operations department focusing on equipment strategies talent development crewing flexibility and team structure.
- 11Manage the business unit across all three shifts emphasizing Safety Quality Cost Production Delivery and Morale.

- 15+ years managing supervising groups in a manufacturing environment.
- 23 years of operations leadership experience within manufacturing.
- 3High School Diploma or GED.
- 4Compensation range $67,000‑$92,100 based on location experience and qualifications.
