Production Operator Insulation Extrusion Cable Machinery
Overview
We seek motivated detail-oriented Production Operators to lead growth in our expanding team. This role involves high-volume manufacturing of insulation and wire products.
What You'll Do9
- 1Operate full insulation extrusion production line equipment twisting cabling jacket extrusion production line equipment and related machinery
- 2Manage cable production equipment including pay-off stands extruders cooling troughs and take-up machines
- 3Load raw materials like copper and plastic according to work instructions
- 4Set up adjust and monitor machinery to maintain quality and efficiency
- 5Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on all equipment
- 6Ensure clean safe working environment
- 7Conduct in-line quality checks on diameter surface condition insulation eccentricity printing pitch lay length
- 8Record production and self-inspection data accurately
- 9Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience in industrial production environments
- 35+ years assembling insulation extrusion systems
- 43-5 seasons maintaining cable production lines
- 55+ years calibrating machining equipment
