Product Owner Enterprise Justice

What You'll Do12
- 1Work closely with product managers and business teams to create and maintain product backlog according to business value or ROI
- 2Evaluate impact of projects and defect fixes to maximize team short-term and long-term impact
- 3Research market problems and design solutions
- 4Cultivate and promote a vision for moving products forward
- 5Prioritize problems to solve and curate refined backlog of prioritized work
- 6Create detailed software requirements including user stories and use cases
- 7Launch new releases and ensure successful adoption across product-line teams
- 8Act as liaison between end users, project teams, client executives, and stakeholders
- 9Participate in demonstrations and training of functionality for stakeholders
- 10Consistently attend scrum ceremonies such as daily standup meetings and sprint retrospectives
- 11Balance value delivery with budget and competing priorities
- 12Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories to align with product strategy
Requirements15
- 1Bachelor’s degree in business computer science or related field strongly preferred
- 2Minimum 3 years experience as Product Owner/Manager
- 3Minimum 7 years experience in software or related fields including client specification writing
- 4Strong collaboration skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- 5Proven experience creating user stories use cases process flows wireframes and mockups
- 6Understanding of software design principles especially user-centered design
- 7Knowledge of software development life cycle especially agile methodologies
- 8Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication teamwork and customer service
- 9Self-starter with analytical problem-solving skills who takes initiative and offers suggestions
- 10Ability to be decisive and say no to good ideas to deliver great ones
- 11Experience with design tools like Figma Visio Axure or Adobe XD is a plus
- 12Familiarity with Jira or equivalent software
- 13Ability to work independently and collaborate across functional groups
- 14Effectiveness in fast-paced environment
- 15Occasional travel required
