What You'll Do9
- 1Design and launch scalable Data Retention frameworks leveraging Python and AWS
- 2Own end-to-end development of Electronic Communication Supervision platforms using React and Kubernetes
- 3Drive cross-functional alignment between legal compliance teams and engineering groups
- 4Implement automated workflows with Spark and Airflow to improve retention efficiency
- 5Scale messaging solutions across multiple channels while maintaining audit trails
- 6Analyze retention metrics to inform product roadmap decisions within first 90 days
- 7Mentor junior engineers and foster agile development practices
- 8Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs for communication governance
- 9Ensure all deliverables meet security standards and regulatory requirements
Requirements8
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading data infrastructure projects
- 3CPC Card certification preferred
- 4BCBA certification required
- 5AWS Certified cloud credentials mandatory
- 65+ years experience with Python and React
- 73-5 years implementing Kubernetes orchestration solutions
- 8Proven track record scaling messaging systems for enterprise clients
