Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 28+ years experience as a Product Manager Product Lead or PM Coach
- 3Strong experience teaching facilitating complex concepts for varied skill levels
- 4Proven use of PM frameworks like problem framing discovery prioritization road mapping OKRs and experimentation
- 5Experience with AI-assisted product management tools and methods
- 6Excellent communication storytelling and group facilitation abilities
- 7Ability to adapt examples to different product types and business contexts
- 8Experience creating and maintaining instructional content managing learner records accurately
- 9Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with multiple cohorts
- 10Instructional Design certification
- 11Professional certification in Product Management
