Product Management Enablement Lead, Data Governance
Overview
You own the roadmap for data governance tools and data products at a major New York City bank, impacting enterprise-wide data operations. You lead a team of product managers and collaborate with engineering, data science, and business stakeholders. Your work directly enables data-driven decisions across the organization. What You'll Do7
- 1Define and execute the product vision for data governance tools, aligning with enterprise data strategy.
- 2Lead the discovery and prioritization of data product features based on stakeholder feedback and data metrics.
- 3Drive the development lifecycle from ideation to launch, coordinating with engineering and design.
- 4Build and maintain a product roadmap that balances short-term wins with long-term innovation.
- 5Own the enablement strategy, creating training and documentation to maximize tool adoption.
- 6Measure product success using adoption, satisfaction, and efficiency metrics, and iterate accordingly.
- 7Partner with data stewards and architects to ensure governance tooling meets regulatory and business needs.
Requirements6
- 17+ years in product management, with 2+ years leading data or governance products.
- 2Proven track record shipping data governance or data management tools in a large enterprise.
- 3Strong understanding of SQL, Python, and data modeling concepts.
- 4Experience with Agile development and product management tools like Jira.
- 5Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; MBA a plus.
Salary Insight
$180 - $200k per year
