What You'll Do11
- 1Execute safe startup procedures on blow molding equipment
- 2Perform color changes and material changeovers
- 3Troubleshoot machine and auxiliary equipment issues
- 4Adjust temperatures pressures and process parameters
- 5Conduct quality checks using calipers and micrometers
- 6Document process changes and maintain control records
- 7Train and support production operators
- 8Provide floor support and assist with preventative maintenance
- 9Maintain a clean safe work environment
- 10Enforce PPE requirements and safety procedures
- 11Communicate equipment issues during shift transitions
Requirements10
- 12+ years of hands-on blow molding experience
- 2Industrial large-shot extrusion blow molding expertise
- 3Proficiency with precision measuring instruments
- 4Ability to read technical manuals and work orders
- 5Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- 6Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- 7Familiarity with auxiliary equipment and grinders
- 8Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- 9Non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment
- 10High noise levels and frequent standing
