Overview
Lead thin film deposition processes in the 200mm fab Support process engineering for mass production including problem solving yield improvement and process monitoring Cost reduction and R&D support New process development and qualification Disposition of discrepant material troubleshooting process drift and implementing preventative actions Maintain documentation and write specs weekly updates and qualify scrap and rework Improve performance using Lean manufacturing techniques
What You'll Do8
- 1Support and develop Thin Films deposition processes in the 200mm fab
- 2Optimize and develop new processes and process controls for lower cost higher productivity and enabling new products
- 3Implement and refine SPC controls to reduce process variation without personnel intervention
- 4Perform statistically designed experiments analyze write reports and qualify process changes
- 5Disposition of discrepant material troubleshoot process drift or human error diagnose and implement preventative actions cost effectively
- 6Maintain documentation necessary for proper operation of equipment
- 7Write specifications of processes and operations qualification plans weekly updates document scrap and rework
- 8Improve area performance using Lean manufacturing techniques
Requirements8
- 1BS Master or PhD degree in electrical engineering chemical engineering material science or related discipline
- 25+ years in Thin Films experience required (experience in Diffusion helpful)
- 3Experience in CVD or PECVD
- 4Strong background in statistics
- 5Must have CVD/PVD process experience
- 6Skills and ability to apply SPC to controlling processes
- 7Demonstrated ability to work with people one on one and in a team environment
- 8Proven problem solving initiative in work area
Salary Insight
$95 - $120k per year
