PRN Registered Nurse
Overview
You will conduct in-home client assessments and supervisory visits across Prince George's County, Maryland, on an as-needed basis. You will work with the ESRV team to support client care needs. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid time off, and training opportunities. You will have direct impact on client well-being through timely and thorough visits.
What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct comprehensive client assessments during in-home visits, documenting findings accurately in the EHR system.
- 2Perform supervisory visits to oversee care plans, ensuring compliance with Maryland regulations and client needs.
- 3Make status update calls to clients, family members, and care team members, communicating changes in condition.
- 4Coordinate with the clinical team to adjust care plans based on assessment findings and client feedback.
- 5Complete administrative documentation for each visit, including visit notes and progress reports.
- 6Respond to assigned visits promptly, managing your schedule efficiently across the designated service area.
- 7Collaborate with the care team to ensure continuity of care during transitions or emergencies.
- 8Adhere to all privacy and security protocols when handling client health information.
Requirements8
- 1Active Maryland RN license.
- 2Current CPR certification.
- 3Willingness to complete Maryland CJIS fingerprinting.
- 41+ years of nursing experience in home health or community care.
- 5Ability to travel within Prince George's County and surrounding areas with reliable transportation.
- 6Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
- 7Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 8Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
