What You'll Do11
- 1Deliver hands‑on nursing care following individualized care plans
- 2Conduct daily assessments of residents’ physical and psychosocial status
- 3Administer prescribed medications and document all care activities
- 4Coordinate services with physicians pharmacies and interdisciplinary teams
- 5Support health promotion and wellness initiatives within the community
- 6Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
- 7Assist with care planning and resident evaluations as directed
- 8Respond to emergencies using sound clinical judgment
- 9Provide training and guidance to care staff when appropriate
- 10Participate in quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities
- 11Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements10
- 1Current Licensed Practical Nurse license or equivalent state registered nurse credential
- 2Minimum two years of licensed nursing experience
- 3Proven ability to work nights weekends and flexible schedules
- 4Strong clinical judgment and problem‑solving skills
- 5Excellent organizational time management and communication abilities
- 6Demonstrated commitment to person‑centered senior care
- 7Ability to lift or assist residents as required by care plans
- 8Exposure to bloodborne pathogens and infectious disease protocols
- 9Proficiency with electronic health record systems and basic computer applications
- 10Valid CPR certification and current immunizations
