Overview
Own one-to-one private duty visits in clients' homes with BAYADA Home Health Care at our York Skilled Nursing Office. What You'll Do8
- 1Build and document comprehensive patient assessments following doctors' orders to guide care plans
- 2Follow up with and execute orders while maintaining accurate records of observations and interventions
- 3Travel to one client home near you and provide consistent, high-quality private duty nursing care
- 4Engage in ongoing paid training and orientation to ensure confidence on shifts
- 5Collaborate with the care team, including Clinical Manager and support staff, to coordinate patient care
- 6Monitor clients' conditions and promptly report changes to the supervising clinician
- 7Provide preventive care and patient education to promote health maintenance
- 8Maintain compliance with licensed home health care standards and state/local regulations
Requirements5
- 1Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
- 2Graduation from a qualified nursing program
- 3MAR-CPA
- 4Availability for 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts including mornings, overnights, and weekends
- 5Ability to travel to client homes and perform private duty nursing tasks
