Priority Planning Specialist Allegheny County DHS
Overview
The ideal candidate will own planning activities for waiting list management and waiver enrollment and service authorization. Responsibilities include managing waiting lists and overseeing critical unit activities while ensuring compliance with ODP processes. This role requires expertise in lifecourse tools and system management.
What You'll Do11
- 1Assist with managing the waiting list
- 2Plan critical activities like Wavier Capacity Management and Initiative Planning
- 3Provide resource information and support to Service Coordination Units
- 4Identify assessed needs and incorporate them into ISPs
- 5Identify potential providers for service needs
- 6Add sites and services in PROMISE and HCSIS systems
- 7Follow ODP processes and utilize Community of Practice Lifecourse Tools
- 8Update spreadsheets and databases for tracking purposes
- 9Assist with HCSIS prioritization of Urgency of Need for Services
- 10Complete closures for individuals related to waiver capacity
- 11Collaborate with internal teams on program operations
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons experience with waiver processes
- 35+ years experience with AWS and React
- 41 year experience working with families in the field of intellectual disability
- 55+ years familiarity with Community of Practice Lifecourse Tools
