What You'll Do9
- 1Partner with R&D Data Science and Digital Health teams to execute priorities and create project roadmaps
- 2Conceive and implement analytics solutions for high-priority scientific problems
- 3Lead use cases using Real-World Data methodologies to address bias and confounding in comparative effectiveness analyses
- 4Act as co-participant in cross-functional collaborations with external companies and internal teams
- 5Extract insights from large observational databases to inform health outcomes and drug development
- 6Mentor junior team members in real-world data analysis methods
- 7Develop risk stratification algorithms and disease severity indices
- 8Communicate complex technical findings to diverse audiences and stakeholders
- 9Shape research questions through collaboration with scientific and data science teams
Requirements10
- 1Master's degree in Epidemiology Biostatistics Statistics or related quantitative field
- 24 years of experience in Principal Scientist Data Science or similar role
- 3Expertise with AWS Certified credentials
- 4Proficiency with Python and Spark
- 5Experience with Kubernetes and React frameworks
- 6Strong background in statistical modeling and data engineering
- 7Ability to design and validate analytical approaches for clinical research
- 8Experience with time series analysis and survival modeling
- 9Familiarity with machine learning techniques for predictive modeling
- 10Demonstrated leadership in data-driven decision making
