What You'll Do11
- 1Partner with L&D teams to ensure accurate execution of monthly quarterly and annual budget planning and incident management
- 2Consult with Finance and HR Business Risk Office to maintain clear communication and develop proactive mitigation strategies
- 3Prepare monthly business review reports covering budget spend forecasts headcount and risk incidents
- 4Forecast future budget needs by balancing business objectives with financial realities
- 5Design and deliver ongoing socialization plans to communicate L&D budget risk management and vendor roadmaps
- 6Serve as peer leader ensuring horizontal operations initiatives are delivered on time with high quality
- 7Navigate large organizations to drive change and influence on-time deliverables across multiple job families
- 8Collaborate with minimal oversight to manage multiple projects adapting quickly to change
- 9Maintain meticulous agendas and process documentation while influencing partners and leadership through analytics
- 10Act as strategic consultant assisting with program budget planning risk triage and educational efforts
- 11Lead development of enterprise learning programs aligned with organizational strategy
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor’s Degree or military experience with at least 3 years in project process or quality management
- 2Minimum 1 year experience in risk management budget financial management or consulting
- 33+ years managing multiple projects autonomously with demonstrated ability to handle ambiguity
- 4Business Process Management or Project Management certification preferred
- 5At least 5 years experience in operations management horizontal delivery or financial analysis
- 6Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence diverse audiences
- 7Proven track record of influencing partners and leadership through data-driven storytelling
- 8Experience with capital One’s Enterprise Learning and Development team
