Principal Product Manager, Wireless IoT & Wi-Fi HaLow
Overview
Own product vision and strategy for Morse Micro’s wireless MCUs and IoT Wi-Fi HaLow solutions at scale. Lead cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch products from idea to market. Drive market research, pricing, and go-to-market decisions to maximize revenue and competitive position. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, marketing, and sales and requires strong leadership and data-driven decision making.
What You'll Do10
- 1Build and communicate the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals
- 2Develop and maintain product roadmaps and MRDs/PRDs for wireless MCUs
- 3Collaborate with engineering, marketing, sales, and customer-facing teams to deliver roadmap commitments
- 4Oversee datasheet creation and technical documentation for all products
- 5Drive go-to-market strategies, pricing analysis, and competitive positioning
- 6Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions
- 7Lead cross-functional product development from concept to launch with respect to time, budget, and quality
- 8Manage prioritization of features and support requests based on customer needs and company goals
- 9Communicate tradeoffs and align stakeholders to ensure successful product launches
- 10Track product success metrics and report outcomes to leadership
Requirements5
- 1Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering or related field
- 2MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 310+ years of product management experience in technology products
- 4Proven track record of launching and managing hardware or embedded technology products
- 5Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
