What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement developmentally appropriate activities fostering social emotional cognitive and physical growth
- 2Maintain clean organized classroom environment meeting safety standards
- 3Assess individual student progress and adjust instruction accordingly
- 4Collaborate with colleagues to plan curriculum and special events
- 5Communicate regularly with parents about child development and classroom activities
- 6Lead morning and afternoon routines ensuring smooth transitions
- 7Utilize Spark and Airflow to build efficient ETL pipelines
- 8Ship and deploy educational applications using React and Kubernetes
- 9Drive continuous improvement through feedback and data analysis
- 10Own parent-teacher conferences and maintain accurate records
- 11Participate in team meetings to share best practices and innovative teaching strategies
Requirements11
- 112 ECE core units including minimum one year experience in a licensed preschool
- 2Ability to speak read and write English
- 3Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children indoors and outdoors
- 4Pass background checks including DOJ FBI and CACI
- 5Current Mandated Reporter Training
- 6Shift hours 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM full-time or 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM part-time
- 7CDA Certification preferred
- 8CPR and First Aid Certification required or willingness to obtain
