What You'll Do9
- 1Develop and implement a creative, age-appropriate curriculum that includes storytelling, educational play, and media to engage preschool children.
- 2Observe each child to boost their social competencies and self-esteem, providing individualized support as needed.
- 3Encourage positive peer interactions and guide children in resolving occasional conflicts calmly and fairly.
- 4Instruct children in recognizing shapes, numbers, colors, and crafts to build practical and artistic skills.
- 5Organize nap, snack, and hygiene routines, supervising children at all times to ensure a safe environment.
- 6Track and document each child's progress, reporting regularly to parents and caregivers.
- 7Communicate with parents to understand each child's background and personality, tailoring approaches accordingly.
- 8Collaborate with fellow educators to align teaching methods and share insights on child development.
- 9Maintain a clean and organized classroom, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience as a preschool teacher or in a similar child care role.
