What You'll Do7

  • 7Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards

Requirements7

  • 1Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles
  • 2Knowledge of curriculum development lesson planning and classroom management techniques
  • 3Mandated Reporter Training for Childcare Certification in first aid and CPR required
  • 4Familiarity with special education practices early intervention programs and behavior management strategies
  • 5Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork
  • 6Ability to work with diverse student populations including toddlers and children with special needs
  • 7Experience teaching physical education literacy education or math to young children is highly desirable
