What You'll Do7

- 4Communicate regularly with parents regarding children’s progress behavior and milestones
- 5Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs
- 6Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor child development and tailor instruction
- 7Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws and uphold child welfare standards
Requirements7
- 1Proven experience working with children in preschool or daycare settings with a strong understanding of childhood development principles
- 2Knowledge of curriculum development lesson planning and classroom management techniques
- 3Mandated Reporter Training for Childcare Certification in first aid and CPR required
- 4Familiarity with special education practices early intervention programs and behavior management strategies
- 5Excellent communication skills for effective parent engagement and teamwork
- 6Ability to work with diverse student populations including toddlers and children with special needs
- 7Experience teaching physical education literacy education or math to young children is highly desirable
