What You'll Do10
- 1Obtain daily production schedule and preparation requirements from the Chef
- 2Prepare items on production sheets following established quantities and recipes
- 3Complete and follow daily production worksheets and waste log sheets
- 4Taste completed meals to ensure quality
- 5Operate and clean equipment per department procedures after each use
- 6Store label and date all food items according to policy
- 7Follow HACCP guidelines to maintain food safety
- 8Take orders from customers and prepare items requiring short preparation time
- 9Serve customers efficiently and maintain cleanliness during service
- 10Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements5
- 1Previous restaurant catering and hotel kitchen experience required
- 2Culinary degree a plus
- 35+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 45+ years building ETL pipelines with Python and AWS
- 55+ years building ETL pipelines with React
