Predictive Data Analyst, Machine Learning & Forecasting
Overview
You will own predictive models that drive decisions for federal and enterprise clients. Build forecasts in Python and R using SQL and Scala. Collaborate with data engineers and product teams on AWS and Databricks. Your models will shape strategy at scale.

- 1Build predictive models in Python and R to forecast client outcomes.
- 2Design experiments and dashboards in Power BI or Tableau for stakeholders.
- 3Ship end-to-end pipelines in AWS with Spark and Airflow.
- 4Drive model validation and performance tuning with scikit-learn and XGBoost.
- 5Lead code reviews and mentor junior analysts on Git workflows.
- 6Debug production models using Databricks and SQL to ensure accuracy.
- 7Communicate model insights to non-technical audiences with clear visualizations.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in predictive analytics or data science.
- 23+ years with Python and R for statistical modeling.
- 32+ years with SQL and Spark for large-scale data processing.
- 4Hands-on experience with AWS services, including S3 and EC2.
- 5Proficiency in scikit-learn, XGBoost, and Pandas.
- 61+ year with Databricks or similar platforms.
- 7Strong experience building dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- 8Knowledge of Git and CI/CD practices.
