What You'll Do7
- 1Provide high quality comprehensive primary care including education and preventative diagnostics within established standards
- 2Perform physical exams document findings in EMR and collaborate with team to create definitive diagnoses
- 3Order interpret evaluate diagnostic tests prescribe medications counsel patients on proper use and adverse reactions
- 4Review treatments determine success refer patient to specialists when needed evaluate chart notes for follow up education
- 5Maintain accurate documentation ensure timely billing uphold confidentiality support PCMH standards and adhere to UDS protocols
- 6Lead medical team through collaborative meetings participate in peer review and follow all licensing requirements
- 7Travel to offsite meetings using personal transportation and demonstrate positive mindset serving diverse populations
Requirements5
- 1Graduate from Master’s level accredited NP or PA program board certified licensed in Colorado
- 2Previous clinical experience preferred bilingual English Spanish
- 3Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds sitting standing bending and using computer for extended periods
- 4Strong communication skills hearing routine conversations and comprehending oral/written information
- 5Ability to travel to multiple locations and provide consistent care within patient acuity constraints
