What You'll Do9
- 1Execute on-site troubleshooting maintenance and repairs for electrical power systems and industrial controls
- 2Run diagnostics to minimize downtime and restore equipment to specifications
- 3Support startups and commissioning to verify performance against customer requirements
- 4Serve as the on-site technical point of contact resolve issues communicate findings and provide basic operator training
- 5Capture service notes test results and corrective actions submit thorough reports and performance feedback
- 6Track time parts and on-site inventory accurately collaborate with teammates to meet response targets
- 7Leverage remote troubleshooting tools when appropriate to accelerate resolution
- 8Work in full compliance with company safety policies OSHA standards and industry best practices
- 9Maintain current safety certifications
Requirements9
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required associate’s in electrical engineering preferred
- 2Certifications such as NFPA 70E OSHA 30 or similar are a plus
- 3Experience 3–5 years in field service focused on power systems electrical equipment or industrial controls
- 4Skills strong diagnostic problem-solving proficiency with field service software ERP systems and Microsoft Office
- 5Clear communicator comfortable explaining technical concepts to customers self-directed and organized in fast-moving environments
- 6Bonus exposure to LV/MV systems foundational PLCs SCADA and protective relays
- 7Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 8Demonstrated commitment to safety and customer satisfaction
- 9Frequent travel with overnight stays to customer sites and JDC locations across the country
