What You'll Do8
- 1Build and manage treatment plans for ADHD across adult and pediatric populations
- 2Deliver evidence based pharmacotherapy and therapy in collaboration with the clinical team
- 3Participate in telemedicine and in person visits with flexible scheduling to meet patient needs
- 4Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists and therapists to optimize patient outcomes
- 5Utilize digital tools and administrative support to ensure high quality care
- 6Contribute to a collegial work environment that supports professional growth
- 7Document care in electronic health records and ensure compliance and continuity of care
- 8Engage in ongoing professional development and stay current with psychiatric guidelines
Requirements5
- 1Licensed in New Jersey with a PMHNP-BC certification and an active DEA
- 2Experience in both medication management and therapy for psychiatry
- 3Ability to treat child and adolescent populations
- 4New grad welcome with prior RN experience in psychiatry
- 5Commitment to patient care excellence and clinical collaboration
