What You'll Do11
- 1Implement research-based instructional strategies to promote student achievement
- 2Deliver differentiated instructional activities based on student knowledge and learning styles
- 3Design standards-based lesson plans and maintain district curriculum alignment
- 4Create engaging classroom environment fostering intellectual emotional physical and social growth
- 5Develop classroom rules and procedures that teach appropriate social behavior
- 6Provide whole group small group and one-on-one instruction including tutoring
- 7Manage student behavior using Student Code of Conduct and campus policies
- 8Collaborate with support teachers and aides to serve at-risk or special needs students
- 9Work with faculty to ensure instructional consistency across departments
- 10Monitor student performance and maintain data-driven documentation
- 11Participate in staff development and contribute to extracurricular activities
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university with Highly Qualified status
- 2Valid Texas teacher certification in relevant content and grade level
- 3ESL certification required
- 45+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 5Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for communication and documentation
- 6Ability to read technical manuals and follow written instructions
- 7Strong problem-solving skills for complex scenarios
- 8Experience maintaining confidential student records and communicating with stakeholders
