What You'll Do9
- 1Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and toppings like tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, onions, and meats.

- 3Assemble high-quality pizzas following company recipes and portion specs.
- 4Track inventory of ingredients and place orders for restocks before they run out.
- 5Sanitize workstations and sterilize all utensils and cooking equipment before each shift.
- 6Plate or package pizzas for dine-in or takeout, ensuring presentation and freshness.
- 7Manage order slips to prioritize and complete customers' orders within target times.
- 8Discard expired or spoiled ingredients at the end of each shift to maintain safety.
- 9Train and mentor kitchen staff on proper dough handling and topping techniques.
Requirements6
- 11+ year experience as a pizza maker or in a restaurant kitchen.
- 2Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper kitchen hygiene.
- 3Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- 4Strong attention to detail to follow recipes and portion controls.
- 5Capability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- 6Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
