- 9Coring and slicing tomatoes daily
- 10Create sauces and spreads according to specifications
- 11Unpack and prepare product cases for daily use
- 12Filter hot oil and replace fryer oil daily
- 13Clean grills multiple times per shift
- 14Maintain ice cream freezer and blender stations
- 15Use ladders to clean ceilings and remove hood vent baffles
- 16Hose and mop floors daily
- 17Merchandise stock rotate and store all products
- 18Perform preventative maintenance as outlined
- 19Follow cash handling and register policies
