What You'll Do11
- 1Operate and maintain CIPP lining equipment including inversion drums and curing units
- 2Inspect and prepare pipelines for successful lining installations
- 3Perform pipe camera inspections and evaluate pipeline conditions
- 4Troubleshoot and diagnose pipeline issues using industry tools and equipment
- 5Execute hydro jetting operations and Picote machine tasks
- 6Monitor and document lining processes to ensure quality and accuracy
- 7Maintain equipment calibration and perform routine maintenance
- 8Document job records and follow all safety procedures
- 9Collaborate with team members to complete projects safely and efficiently
- 10Handle waste disposal according to company standards
- 11Drive project timelines and maintain excellent workmanship
Requirements10
- 12+ years of pipelining experience required
- 2Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 3Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- 4Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- 5Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 6Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
- 7Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA 10 certification preferred
- 8Mechanical aptitude and experience with specialized equipment
- 9Experience with hydro jetting machines and Picote equipment
- 10Dedication to providing high-quality residential pipe repair solutions
