Physician Assistant (PA/APRN) Ortho/Pain, Russian Speaking
Overview
Own clinical care for orthopedic and pain patients across two Brooklyn clinics, delivering joint injections and treatment plans under an onsite contract model. Work alongside a focused medical team at All Care Consultants, serving a Russian-speaking community in Brighton Beach and Flatbush. Provide care 2 full days per week, splitting time between locations, with a direct impact on patient outcomes.
What You'll Do7
- 1Evaluate patients with orthopedic and pain conditions during initial consults, documenting history and physical exams.
- 2Administer joint injections using ultrasound or landmark guidance for targeted pain relief.
- 3Develop and implement treatment plans, coordinating with physicians on complex cases.
- 4Educate patients and families on condition management and procedural aftercare in Russian and English.
- 5Document all encounters in the EHR system, maintaining compliance with billing and regulatory standards.
- 6Coordinate follow-up care, monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapies as needed.
- 7Communicate with the care team to ensure continuity across the two clinical sites.
Requirements5
- 12+ years of clinical experience as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in orthopedics or pain management.
- 2Active New York State license and national certification as PA-C or APRN.
- 3Russian language fluency (spoken) required to serve the patient population.
- 4Joint injection proficiency or prior experience performing procedures (preferred).
- 5Ability to work onsite in Brighton Beach and Flatbush, 2 full days per week.
