What You'll Do9
- 1Responsible for treating residents with disorders within physical therapy scope after physician orders and evaluations
- 2Optimize patient functionality and skills
- 3Complete documentation using Net Health
- 4Develop resident programs collaborating with supervising PTs while fulfilling co-signature requirements
- 5Attend care planning and staff meetings
- 6Assist in meeting certification standards and OBRA Resident Right Guidelines
- 7Follow infection control policies and facility guidelines
- 8Complete additional tasks as directed by management
- 9Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements8
- 1Current or eligible Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice
- 23-5 years of experience
- 3Knowledge of Spark and Airflow for ETL pipeline development
- 4Proficiency in AWS services
- 5Familiarity with Kubernetes architecture
- 6Ability to work in a collaborative healthcare environment
- 7Strong communication skills for patient interaction
- 8Commitment to patient-centered care
