What You'll Do9
- 1Build and maintain therapeutic exercise programs using Flexibility Trainer software
- 2Design and implement mobility protocols with Range of Motion tools
- 3Lead daily therapy sessions focusing on Patient Education techniques
- 4Ship equipment and supplies according to Clinical Supply Chain standards
- 5Debug rehabilitation device issues with Technician Kit procedures
- 6Drive patient progress tracking through Electronic Health Records
- 7Own discharge planning processes for skilled nursing facilities
- 8Scale therapy delivery models based on resident needs
- 9Debug operational inefficiencies in patient flow systems
Requirements5
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading physical therapy teams
- 3Associate’s degree in Physical Therapy Assistant from North Carolina
- 4Current PTA license in North Carolina
- 5Demonstrated ability to operate Rehabilitation Equipment safely
