- 3Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- 4Collaborate with physicians to coordinate comprehensive care plans
- 5Utilize MedBridge platform for continuous learning and knowledge sharing
- 6Support team initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and treatment efficacy
- 7Lead daily operations of therapy sessions with focus on safety and quality
- 8Develop training materials leveraging Python for data analysis
- 9Participate in leadership development programs at AWS certified facilities
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant
- 2Current or pending PTA license
- 3Certification in CPR and First Aid
- 4Proficiency in Spark and Airflow for data processing
- 5Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare providers
- 6Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced clinical setting
- 7Commitment to ongoing education through BCBA certification pathways
