- 2Own documentation using Ambient AI Scribe to capture notes from patient encounters without manual entry.
- 3Review Real-Time Compliance alerts to ensure notes meet standards before submission.
- 4Leverage AI Case Summaries to surface relevant clinical context and inform treatment plans.
- 5Collaborate with clinic staff to align on patient goals and adjust plans based on progress.
- 6Drive patient education and home exercise programs to extend care beyond sessions.
- 7Track outcomes and adjust treatment protocols using AI insights and clinical judgment.
Requirements7
- 1Current PT license in Massachusetts or eligibility to obtain one.
- 22+ years of clinical experience in outpatient or rehab settings.
- 3Proficiency with EHR systems and digital documentation tools.
- 4Commitment to adopting AI tools to reduce administrative burden.
- 5Strong patient communication and active listening skills.
- 6Ability to work onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.
- 7Passion for patient-centered care and continuous improvement.
