Overview
Train new PHs in loading unloading palletizing carrying smalls handling SWAK and non-conveyable package handling techniques. Provide feedback on proper handling reinforce dock safety standards and update managers on sort conditions. Assist in implementing new procedures and perform daily loading unloading palletizing tasks.

Requirements5
- 1No experience required six months of PH experience with FedEx Ground preferred
- 2Valid driver’s license and DOT file for PH switching equipment
- 3Ability to lift and carry between 10 and 50 pounds
- 4Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fast-paced team environment
- 5Concrete knowledge of Python AWS React Kubernetes CPC Card BCBA AWS Certified
