Overview
The Photo Specialist will own the photo department at our Denver location delivering a distinctive customer experience while supporting transaction processing. This role focuses on managing inventory and ensuring product availability while fostering a welcoming environment. What You'll Do12
- 1Engage customers with warmth and purpose while processing transactions and addressing concerns
- 2Model customer‑obsessed behaviors and service best practices to enhance the photo experience
- 3Deliver courteous accurate and efficient service for digital passport photos and product promotions
- 4Own inventory management by monitoring stock levels and maintaining supply records aligned with demand forecasts
- 5Process purchases returns refunds exchanges and rain checks following cash handling procedures
- 6Recommend products services and upgrades to drive sales and meet customer needs
- 7Maintain photo equipment and use store systems to troubleshoot issues and ensure quality results
- 8Keep the photo area clean organized and safe while contributing to overall store appearance
- 9Support merchandising initiatives through display maintenance and seasonal setups
- 10Cross‑train store team members on photo operations to ensure coverage and continuity
- 11Follow all policies asset protection and regulatory requirements to maintain a secure environment
- 12Collaborate with colleagues to complete additional assignments that support business objectives
Requirements7
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 26 months retail experience preferred
- 3Prior experience with Walgreens is a plus
- 4Fluent in reading writing and speaking English
- 5Willingness to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- 6Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 7Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
