What You'll Do7
- 1Repair phones, tablets, and computers using micro-soldering and component-level techniques.
- 2Diagnose and fix game consoles (e.g., PS5, Xbox Series X) when they come in.
- 3Greet customers, explain repair options, and set clear expectations on cost and turnaround.
- 4Keep the repair bench and store area clean and organized to prevent mix-ups.
- 5Test devices after repair to confirm full functionality before handing them back.
- 6Manage your repair queue, prioritize urgent jobs, and hit promised deadlines.
- 7Document common issues and solutions to speed up future repairs.
Requirements6
- 11+ years of hands-on repair experience with phones and tablets (required).
- 2Proven ability to repair computers (laptops and desktops) including screen and battery swaps.
- 3Familiarity with game console disassembly and repair is a plus.
- 4Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- 5Good customer service and management skills.
- 6Ability to work onsite in Orlando, FL.
