- 5Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate with clinical teams
- 6Travel to additional sites as required
- 7Maintain compliance with color blindness standards

Requirements7
- 1High school diploma or equivalent
- 22+ years phlebotomy experience in clinical settings
- 31+ year experience assisting pediatric to geriatric patients
- 4Current or prior LabCorp experience preferred
- 5Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
- 6Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- 7Willingness to meet minimum 20 hour weekly schedule for full benefits
