What You'll Do8

- 4Prepare specimens for laboratory analysis and maintain detailed logs
- 5Provide courteous patient interaction and handle clerical tasks
- 6Travel to additional sites as required
- 7Maintain confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards
- 8Follow standardized procedures for specimen handling and documentation
Requirements5
- 1High school diploma or GED with minimum 1.5 years phlebotomy experience
- 2Valid phlebotomy certification or completion of an accredited training program
- 3Proven ability to pass a standardized color blindness test
- 4Strong communication skills and capacity for independent work
- 5Reliable transportation and flexibility for overtime schedules
