What You'll Do11
- 1Operate pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and drug information and process prescriptions
- 2Supervise pharmacy technicians and cashiers following company policies and regulations
- 3Lead performance management including discipline and termination decisions
- 4Coordinate pharmacy daily schedules and allocate working hours
- 5Ensure compliance with Good Faith Dispensing standards and company security policies
- 6Process insurance claims accurately and follow up with providers
- 7Drive new technology implementation and process improvements
- 8Maintain pharmacy cleanliness and proper inventory preparation
- 9Assist with community outreach and coordinate off-site immunization clinics
- 10Hire, onboard, train, and schedule pharmacy technicians
- 11Monitor employee licenses and certifications for regulatory compliance
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2Certified Pharmacy Technician status
- 3High school diploma or equivalent
- 4Fluent English language skills
- 5Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
