Pharmacy Customer Service Associate Walgreens

We seek a professional who will own and scale exceptional pharmacy experiences in a high‑volume New York location. You will drive customer satisfaction while supporting pharmacy operations and leverage strong communication skills.
What You'll Do11
- 1Register sales on assigned cash register and provide courteous checkout service
- 2Assist pharmacist with medication preparation and verification
- 3Process purchases, handle returns, and manage refunds efficiently
- 4Maintain clean counters and shelves while performing inventory checks
- 5Utilize pharmacy systems to enter accurate patient and drug information
- 6Communicate proactive assistance and resolve customer issues promptly
- 7Construct and maintain promotional displays and seasonal merchandise
- 8Ensure compliance with state regulations and Walgreens policies
- 9Handle telephone calls and coordinate with pharmacists and managers
- 10Perform web pick‑up duties and deliver orders to customers
- 11Support inventory management and product placement tasks
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 2PTCB certification through designated program or state requirement
- 33-5 seasons of retail or pharmacy experience
- 4Fluent English reading writing speaking ability
- 5Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 6Strong math skills for accurate prescription counting and measurement
- 7Good computer proficiency and knowledge of inventory control systems
- 8Commitment to providing proactive and personalized customer service
- 9Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment adhering to quality standards
