What You'll Do9
- 1Provide guests with an exceptional experience
- 2Share product knowledge and suggestions to fit customer needs and promote pet health
- 3Handle cash registers bagging replenishing merchandise and preparing displays
- 4Maintain clean store front and stock room
- 5Assist with markdowns re-tickets labeling products and special store events
- 6Collaborate on projects such as markdowns and store events
- 7Support manager and retail team with additional assignments
- 8Deliver outstanding service to pet parents and act as a steward of the store environment
- 9Achieve positive business results through operational excellence
Requirements11
- 1Must be 18 years or older
- 2Passion for customer service and pet well-being
- 3Professional retail sales experience preferred
- 4Willingness to learn about products and services
- 5Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- 6Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- 7Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- 8Strong time management and organizational abilities
- 9Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
- 10Comfortable working with diverse animals and managing pet hair
- 11Age 21 or older
