What You'll Do9
- 1Build and execute treatment plans using integrated pest management strategies
- 2Lead crews to complete residential and commercial pest control jobs
- 3Diagnose pest issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- 4Apply termite treatments including Sentricon bait stations and liquid applications
- 5Maintain equipment and vehicles in optimal condition
- 6Collect service payments and address customer concerns
- 7Drive sales and build long-term client relationships
- 8Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- 9Collaborate with teams to improve operational efficiency
Requirements6
- 15+ years experience building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of hands-on pest control experience
- 3Valid driver’s license
- 4High school diploma or equivalent
- 5Ability to pass state licensing exams
- 6Commitment to safety and professional standards
