What You'll Do11
- 1Apply consultative sales process to assess customer financial needs
- 2Maintain knowledge of retail consumer and small business products
- 3Use CAMP and marketing tools to engage customers
- 4Cross-sell to existing customers and conduct outside sales activities
- 5Collaborate with business partners to refer customers
- 6Meet production goals and increase year-over-year revenue
- 7Guide CSRs on sales and referral processes
- 8Ensure compliance with bank policies and ethics
- 9Participate in loan and card processes
- 10Open/close Financial Center or Bank Mart transactions
- 11Stay updated on fraud mitigation procedures
Requirements5
- 1College degree or relevant work experience
- 2Understanding of advanced math functions for credit analysis
- 3Ability to represent bank professionally
- 4Knowledge of retail policies and procedures
- 5Experience in financial industry preferred
