PeopleSoft Financials Developer, Charlotte NC Contract
Overview
Own the full lifecycle of customizations and system support for a PeopleSoft Financials platform in Charlotte, NC. You will architect and build technical solutions that directly support complex business requirements, ensuring the application runs reliably for daily operations. Working onsite with the Sidzen LLC team, you will collaborate with functional analysts and end users to translate needs into robust technical designs. What You'll Do7
- 1Design and implement customizations for the PeopleSoft Financials system using Application Designer and PeopleCode to meet evolving business needs.
- 2Develop and configure Application Engine programs to automate complex financial processes and report generation.
- 3Integrate internal systems with Integration Broker to enable seamless data flow and service-oriented architecture.
- 4Build and maintain Application Packages to encapsulate business logic and promote code reuse.
- 5Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing customizations, debugging and resolving issues in the PeopleSoft environment.
- 6Architect scalable technical solutions for production enhancements, collaborating with functional teams to align technical design with business strategy.
- 7Document technical specifications and change records to ensure compliance and maintainability.
Requirements8
- 15+ years of hands-on development with PeopleSoft Financials, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
- 2Experience designing and deploying integrations using Integration Broker in a production environment.
- 3Strong proficiency in SQL and relational database concepts, with the ability to tune queries for performance.
- 43+ years working with Application Packages to structure reusable code.
- 5Proven track record of supporting and maintaining customizations in a live financial system.
- 6Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and change management processes.
- 7Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently.
- 8Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
