Lead PeopleSoft Developer, Financials Systems
Overview
You will architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements in a PeopleSoft Financials environment. You will own the full lifecycle of customizations, from design to deployment, for a large-scale enterprise. The role is onsite in Charlotte, North Carolina on a contract basis, and you will work closely with functional teams to translate business needs into robust technical designs. What You'll Do7
- 1Architect scalable technical solutions for complex business requirements using PeopleTools and PeopleCode.
- 2Design and develop customizations for PeopleSoft Financials modules, including Accounts Payable, General Ledger, and Asset Management.
- 3Build and maintain integrations with external systems using Application Engine, SQR, and CI.
- 4Lead code reviews and enforce best practices for PeopleSoft development standards.
- 5Debug and resolve production issues in PeopleSoft environments with minimal downtime.
- 6Collaborate with functional analysts to create technical design documents for new enhancements.
- 7Optimize existing SQL queries and PeopleSoft components for performance improvement.
Requirements6
- 17+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, with a focus on Financials modules.
- 2Expertise in PeopleTools, including Application Designer, PeopleCode, Application Engine, and SQR.
- 3Strong SQL and Oracle database skills, including performance tuning.
- 4Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker and RESTful web services.
- 5Proven track record of leading technical design and implementation for complex business processes.
- 6Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
