Pega Application Developer, Clearance Required
Overview
You will design, build, and configure Pega applications to meet business process and application requirements for federal clients. You will work within a team of consultants under the guidance of senior developers, owning the development lifecycle from requirements through deployment. This role demands an active Top-Secret Clearance and on-site presence in the DC metro area. You will leverage Pega PRPC to deliver high-impact solutions, with opportunities for Pega certification and professional growth.

- 1Design and configure Pega applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- 2Build and implement Pega PRPC solutions, translating functional requirements into technical designs.
- 3Execute development tasks within an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and reviews.
- 4Integrate applications with existing systems using DevOps practices and integration frameworks.
- 5Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- 6Debug and optimize Pega applications, ensuring performance and reliability.
- 7Document technical designs, configurations, and deployment procedures.
- 8Support the client's enterprise application maintenance and enhancement needs.
Requirements8
- 1Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 23-5 years experience with Pega PRPC development.
- 3Active Top-Secret Clearance (required).
- 4Pega certification (CSA, CSSA, or CLSA) preferred.
- 5Experience with Agile methodologies.
- 6Strong problem-solving skills and communication abilities.
- 7Willingness to work on-site at client's location.
- 8DevOps and integration development experience a plus.
Salary Insight
$90 - $190k per year
